1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr34," "we," "us," "our" refers to pkr34, the operator of the platform accessible at pkr34.net.
• "Platform" refers to the pkr34 website, all associated mobile-optimised pages, game interfaces, betting sections, and account management tools.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr34 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered account created by a User to access pkr34 services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all pkr34 transactions are denominated.

• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by the User from their own financial resources, distinct from any Bonus Funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with pkr34, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pkr34 Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms that may apply to individual offers.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the pkr34 Platform and must not register an Account or place any wagers. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with pkr34, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr34 operates a strict 21+ policy. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity unless expressly authorised.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful or where pkr34 is not authorised to accept registrations.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pkr34, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the pkr34 Platform or from any other gambling operator under a multi-operator self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration or gameplay.

4. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only on the pkr34 Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

pkr34 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at registration or at any subsequent point, including but not limited to before processing withdrawal requests. Required KYC documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by pkr34 may result in Account suspension.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr34 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your Account settings.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify pkr34 immediately via the Support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

pkr34 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. pkr34 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone communication.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your pkr34 Account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are not accepted and will be refunded. pkr34 supports the following PKR deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard interbank bank transfer.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet in real time or within the processing timeframe of the relevant payment provider. pkr34 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your pkr34 Account are held in a designated player funds account and are not commingled with pkr34 operational funds.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits applicable to that method. pkr34 targets a processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals, subject to KYC verification status.

pkr34 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to photo identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending completion of this verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable; only funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn.
• pkr34 may limit, delay, or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, or an ongoing investigation.
• Reverse withdrawal (cancellation of a pending withdrawal to return funds to the playable balance) is available for a limited window and must be requested through Support.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr34 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out here and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which shall take precedence where they conflict with these general terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply at pkr34:

• A standard wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per Account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Real Money Funds are always wagered before Bonus Funds.
• Bonus Funds expire after 30 calendar days from the date of crediting if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met.
• Bonuses may only be used by the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• pkr34 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the pkr34 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, pkr34 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amounts to the player's Account. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. pkr34 may impose additional bet limits on individual Accounts at its discretion.

10. Sports Betting

The pkr34 sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international series, and bilateral tours), football, tennis, UFC, and other sports. All sports betting is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

pkr34 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or restrict betting activity at any time where there is reasonable evidence of suspicious betting patterns, market manipulation, or breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded to the Account balance in full.

Settled bets are final. Errors in odds, clearly incorrect prices, or prices resulting from a technical error may be voided by pkr34 after settlement, with the stake amount returned to the Account.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr34 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registration of more than one Account by the same individual.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unintended advantage.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the pkr34 Platform to conceal the origin of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Sharing Account access credentials with any third party.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at pkr34 staff or other users.

12. Responsible Gaming

pkr34 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. We provide the following tools, accessible at any time from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pkr34 Platform without prior written consent from pkr34.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

pkr34's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr34 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices.

15. Suspension & Termination

pkr34 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of a regulatory authority.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pkr34 Support. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

16. Amendments to These Terms

pkr34 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkr34 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the licensing jurisdiction of pkr34's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting pkr34 Support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of a written notice of dispute, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process specified by pkr34's regulatory licensing authority. pkr34's decision on all disputes relating to gameplay outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Platform functionality shall be final and binding, subject only to review by the relevant licensing authority.
